Yummy lace on the kitchen table

The bedspread that used to be on the kitchen sofa ended up on my kitchen table!

The crocheted lace  is so chunky and beautiful

Love the dark wood shining through the pattern

My source of inspiration - Swedish painter and interior designer
Carl Larsson (1853-1919)

My favourite cushions for the kitchen sofa

Blue and white stripes, always very kitchen like

  5. Love the blues! My mom used to decorate our home with blues, giving it the country/cottage feel, when I was a kid. Beautiful!

  26. One of the things I love about French design is the Swedish design it incorporates!
All the crisp blue and white! I love your tablecloth! What work went into it! I have one like it that I found at GW. I wondered if it was a bed cover or tablecloth? Now I know - both!
    Lovely post!
