Pickled herring is one of my favourite foods
Must be in my gene pool lol
I could eat salmon every day, especially the cured spiced salmon
called 'gravlax'
The salmon is cured in a mixture of salt, sugar, white pepper and dill.
Home-made meatballs are so much yummier than the ones you buy at IKEA!
My collection of Swedish and Scandinavian cookbooks.
These are all in English so hubby also can use them!
Have heaps of cookbooks in Swedish too.
Been collecting them for years.
We have plenty of Australian cookbooks as well.
At the moment, some are in the kitchen and
others are tucked away in a cupboard.
Need a BIG book shelf to display them all... ☺
Maybe one day! *dreaming*
