The wooden horses are called Dala horses
and are a symbol of Sweden.
They originate from
the province of Dalarna.

ReplyDeleteMy daughter collects the Swedish horses too. Her Great Grandmother was from Sweden and got her started on them. Yours are beautiful and you have LOTS!
