A whole lot of transferware

Collecting transferware is like an addiction.
I love finding new pieces to my blue and white heaven ☺

...Always keeping an eye out for it!
I don't think I'll ever grow tired of it either...

  24. What a stunningly-beautiful collection, and the display of such bounty makes a wonderful impact in the room. I so love the blue-and-whites, though my only bits are a cake-and-coffee set for eight---small plates and c&s (though they DID come from Goodwill in a Tiffany box, with the 1970s wedding-gift receipt still in the bottom) and my childhood doll-sized Blue Willow tea set for four that I've had for more than sixty years.

So nice to discover your blog!

  25. PS

Just for curiosity, what do you call the three lacy white crocheted "doilies" hanging on one of the shelves? I'm always interested in the names given to familiar things in different regions.

  27. I do understand that particular addiction! I used to have it much worse, when my kitchen was blue and white. Since adding granite counter tops, the blue and white is now only used for table settings. I love your collection - it makes me miss the display that I used to have in a old cupboard. I am glad that I can still enjoy yours!! Thanks for sharing.

  28. I love your collection! And you are so right, one can never have enough transferware, let alone blue transferware!

Wonderful to have you be a part of Seasonal Sundays!
