Oddly enough, we joke that our neighbor is the handyman in our house. He's been retired for a few years and apparently bored out of his mind. If he sees something on the outside of our house that needs to be done, he offers to fix it.<br /><br />My Dad even now gives him a few tasks for the inside of the house that they do together. So funny!<br /><br />So my suggestion is to find a neighbor with some tool skills and a lot of time on their hands to build you those bookshelves! Hee hee! <br /><br />Looks like you like to read. Most of us probably have the same problem you do.
