I'm waiting for my handy hubby to build me a big bookshelf. This will happen when we enclose the carport one day. When it will happen, no one knows...☺ Meanwhile, a part of my book collection lives in our bedroom along side my interior design magazines. I love books and magazines. The collection you can see in the photos is a mixture of everything from interior design books like Rachel Ashwell's Shabby Chic books to books about natural medicine, chiropractic and how to make your own furniture.

Greetings from Australia♥... hope you all have some nice weather today. It's been raining on and off all morning. The sun is also out, so we've had some wonderful sun showers too. It's so much nicer when the sun is shining, even though it's still raining.

  1. I know how it is waiting on a project the man in your house will do. Oddly enough, we joke that our neighbor is the handyman in our house. He's been retired for a few years and apparently bored out of his mind. If he sees something on the outside of our house that needs to be done, he offers to fix it.

My Dad even now gives him a few tasks for the inside of the house that they do together. So funny!

So my suggestion is to find a neighbor with some tool skills and a lot of time on their hands to build you those bookshelves! Hee hee!

Looks like you like to read. Most of us probably have the same problem you do. I currently have magazines in a drawer and books in a china cabinet I'm not using for anything else.

Thanks for linking up to my party each week!
